Here's how it works.....

 

costs

We pride ourselves on offering a totally transparent charging structure and the costs of the evaluation are as follows:

Variable Charge Element: Bed and breakfast rate at the hotel applicable to the chosen night of the stay plus cost of dinner
Fixed Charge Element: Incidentals, travel and reporting fee of £195

Payment can be made via pro-forma invoice or via credit card. At time of booking via credit card payment we collect £195 and once the night stay is booked, we will charge the stay cost.

 

reporting

Within 48 hours of the stay, we email you an evaluation report including reporting on any specific issues that you require.

The general format of the report is the same across all our client groups. We cover off over 1000 individual inspection points, however the report does not provide a pass / fail checklist, but a report with feedback on each area.  For brand owners and property managers, we include more in-depth reporting and sampling and for website / blogger and personal traveller there is a deeper focus on the property experience, location and local environment.

Following our review, GUESTX provide a range of consulting services to further investigate, review and develop the experience within service areas highlighted within the report.
